Her map is constantly growing and with every city she visits, she brings home new inspiration for creative recipes.

Sachi’s recipes are not only, OISHII (tasty in Japanese), but also healthy, stemming from her own journey of battling auto-immune illness and finding ways to make her favorite foods fit into her Auto-Immune Safe Protocol. Many recipes are gluten-free, refined sugar free, and are always free from unnecessary additives and preservatives. Sachi loves to help clients define their own dietary and health needs, creating innovative recipes and meal plans for those who feel lost in the kitchen.
